Damian has over 20 years of experience training and developing managers & leaders. Having been in leadership positions in the army, accountancy, sales and training for over 25 years, he brings a strong combination of practical experience and theoretical thought leadership to his approach. He has delivered impactful, behaviour-change focussed programmes to organisations across multiple sectors and geographies and at all levels from Board to line management.
Damian holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.

During this career he has managed teams, in both the private and public sector, and lead them through a range of organisational change and challenging environment. He has delivered impactful, behaviour-change training to organisations across multiple sectors and geographies and at all levels from Board to line management.
Mark holds an MBA, and a degree in Accountancy and Economics.

Hery is a seasoned executive with four current board positions and 15 years of experience as a C-Suite level facilitator during a long career in Consulting (Deloitte, Oaklin) and as a global Manufacturing executive. An award winning presenter and public speaker, Hery combines his industry experience with his expertise in Leadership and Influencing skills training. He has coached a large number of high powered executives and entrepreneurs in personal effectiveness, investor pitch preparation and strategy formulation.
As part of his work he has helped a number of FTSE 100 companies build winning internal, transparent communication cultures.

Mike has over 17 years’ experience in the design and delivery of commercial and leadership learning programmes around the world, backed up with over 30 years sales and management experience in the B2B arena. He has delivered impactful, behaviour-change focused programmes to organisations across multiple sectors, from start-up to global multinationals, in 58 countries. Mike is a strong advocate for behavioural change being the principal reason for, and driver behind, any training.
Mike holds a BA in Russian from the University of Manchester and an Executive MBA from London Business School with a speciality in Negotiation and Bargaining.

After qualifying as an Executive Coach (Henley) he has more recently pivoted into the work of coaching and training delivering leadership, strategy, coaching, facilitating change and talent acquisition.
